PA School

So I got put on call today and I'm going to begin my second blog!! I'm blogging partly out of boredom and partly because I've already showered and I'm wide awake! Anyway, back to business. Last month, I had the opportunity to fly back home and travel to various parts of Florida for interviews for PA School and to one school in Delaware. I interviewed at the following schools: NOVA - Ft. Myers on 10/3, NOVA - Ft. Lauderdale on 10/6, NOVA - Orlando on 10/7, Barry University - Miami Shores 10/13, and Arcadia University - Newark, Delaware on 10/20. 

After interviewing at these schools, I found that Arcadia University was my school of choice because their program was so well organized and their track record of students passing the PANCE was so high. I felt comfortable with the school and the staff members there. In addition, I felt that the staff members truly cared about their students and would do everything they could to help their students succeed. 11 days later I received an acceptance letter from Arcadia University!! I've submitted my $500 deposit for the school and have already begun to study out of the book called The Language of Medicine to prepare for the start of PA School in the summer. I'm excited :)

Hey all you guys! This is Ben Chu and this is my very first post! With the help of sweet Tiffanie, I was able to pick my blog name and template in just a matter of minutes! Thanks Tiff you're awesome! I graduated in December and walked in April! I am currently working at UVRMC as a PCT. In April I would really like to move home to Florida and go to PA school.
